Whenever we are traveling to someplace new or to someplace we've been to many times, Jack likes to draw a map showing us how to get there. Before Erick and I flew to Amsterdam and Paris, he drew us a map of how to get from our house to the Eiffel Tower so we would know where to find it (he even put in the airplane's route). I love how in this particular map to the beach it shows us basically driving in circles. That must be how if feels as we travel along the windy roads to the coast. He knows that if we go a certain route he will cross three bridges and go through one tunnel. He likes to ask us "When will be be on the bridge?" and Erick likes to tell him "When you see it." Such a helpful response, but it seems to placate him until he asks again 30 minutes later.
