There I am (that's me on the right) coming to the finish line at the Komen Race for the Cure. I ran the women's only 5K untimed race. However, with my handy-dandy iPod and Nike+ combo, I was able to keep track of my time and I did a little better than my first race. This is such an emotional event and I felt honored to run in support of all those affected by breast cancer which, really, is way to many people. I'm glad I got to spend an amazingly beautiful Sunday morning surrounded by all these inspiring women.
