One thing that is so great about our neighborhood and local school is the sports. Jack has been on the Wildcat's baseball team since Kindergarten and it has been fun watching each teammate improve as baseball players and playing together as a team. Coach Carolyn is great with them and really makes it fun. We're finally seeing some things "click" as the kids make plays and really think about the game. According to one of the coaches, Jack is the "most improved at bat" this year. I love watching him as he concentrates on the pitch and the look of surprise on his face when he hits the ball. That look makes all the shuttling from place to place and sport to sport completely worth it.
